Dutch mariner, Meijlink purchased three 12V Infinitum Desulfators from us back in July 2009 which he used for his yacht batteries. He purchased more a week ago for his friend and left this testimonial:
Car tires tend to wear out at different rates due to the different weight distribution as well as the additional torque distributed at the drive wheels. The front tires tend to bear the brunt of usage at every turn but also because most cars are front-wheel drive. Rotating the tires ensures that the tires wear out evenly throughout its service life.
According to most car manufacturers, car tires need to be rotated as frequent as lubricant changes. This can take approximately half a year or 12,000 km (7,460 miles). This can vary according to the type of lubricant used too. Some car manufacturers provide a 22,000km (13,670 miles) between oil changes which is too long a duration to wait for a tire rotation. If you drive less than 12,000 km between oil changes then you can rotate the tires every 6 months.
In the case of all-wheel-drive cars where there is a more even wear as compared to a front-wheel or rear-wheel drive vehicles, there will still be some level of uneven wear from the front tires. Most all-wheel-drive car manufacturers recommend a tire rotation every 12,000 km or seven months.

He contacted us again recently after over 3 years to purchase another unit for his other BMW, a BMW 6 Series E63. He saved a whopping MYR3000 (about US$750), which is the price he would have spent to replace his battery. That is a significant on his return on investment.

Hybrid vehicles are driven both by an electric motor as well as an internal combustion engine. While the electric motors are powered by Nickel-Metal Hydride batteries, hybrid fuel engines still require lead acid batteries to crank them. And just like any regular vehicle, these lead acid batteries sulfate and kill the battery prematurely. At the time of this article a replacement for a Prius C battery costs US$150.
With the Infinitum Desulfator the lifespan of the battery can be doubled which is a significant cost savings considering the desulfator is only a third of cost of the battery replacement.

We've received yet another testimonial on a jump starter battery recovery after using the Infinitum Desulfator (The previous one was on a Century Jumper 850). This time it is a Stanley Fatmax 350 Amp jump starter. The 12 volt 7.2 Amp hour sealed lead acid or SLA battery could only hold a charge at 11.8 volts but after charging it with the Infinitum Desulfator installed at the same time for a day, the battery now is fully restored to hold a charge at 12.6V. More importantly, the Fatmax can now crank up his Isuzu without issue.
Jump starters have built in SLA batteries that provide the power to work. These batteries, similar to automotive batteries, will also experience the 'cancerous' process of sulfation. If left untreated, the battery will die in half the time that it was made for. In other words, that's good money down the drain. With the Infinitum desulfator, this growth of sulfation is reversed and returning the much needed active material back into the battery. Not only that, the Infinitum is reusable, so you can expect to recover many batteries throughout its long service life.
