Have confidence in ordering with us, if you are dissatisfied with any of our products due to manufacturing deffects, you may return the item for a full refund or replacement within 1 year from the date of purchase will be credited back to you any minus shipping, handling or freight charges. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions.

All items, if any, are warranted directly by us as manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Xceed Enterprise. INFINITUM STORE is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 1 year of payment will be replaced or if requested, a refund or replacement will be issued. Claims made for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of INFINITUM STORE at no charge minus shipping.

The terms for return and warranties are only valid for items purchased from this website.

Worldwide Shipping
Here at INFINITUM STORE, we've shipped to thousands of satisfied customers worldwide. To our neighbouring countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Philippines to countries in the Middle East, Europe and American continent. There's literally no place we will not ship to.

We normally ship all in stock items within 1-2 business days from the time your order is received.

	All deliveries within Malaysia are delivered with Poslaju. Deliveries arrive within one to two work days from dispatch with tracking information.
	POS Malaysia is the preferred choice for shipping for orders below 250g as it is both economical and reliable. This service collaborates with local postal services in destination countries, providing detailed tracking from its websites.
	Fedex & DHL Express remains the preferred shipping service for expedited shipping. Deliveries take 2 to 4 days to arrive from dispatch. We've also received more than 50% discount on the regular FedEx rates. For orders of 400 grams or more, in most cases it can be cheaper to ship with express shipping. We will choose either one of the services to avoid remote area surcharges as both these express shipping services have different demarkated remote areas.

Greener Shipping
Both DHL Global Mail and Fedex employs high standards in low carbon emissions and energy conservation in their operations. So we've not only selected efficient and prompt delivery services that are economical, but greener as well.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Shipping and handling charges are based on merchandise total weight or volume metric weight.

Backorders
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Cancellations
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
